Description
Lamb and mint, a flavour combination that never fails, quick to cook and neatly portioned at 125g per burger. We use 95% meat from the breast of the carcase, and the small pieces from the leg, shoulder and loin of the carcase after the main butcher cuts have been removed. These are all minced and and mixed with a selection of organic ingredients to make a subtle flavoured burger. Great for BBQs and family suppers.
