Marinade in sherry, root ginger, honey and soy sauce. Roast up a big plateful so the skin goes crispy and slightly sticky, allow to cool, and then let them dive in and get your hands dirty. The combination of crispy chicken skin and those lovely flavours makes for a simple quick and delicious organic supper.
